Sarah's Story

With years of experience in both psychology and business operations, Sarah Kemp brings a rare combination of clinical depth, strategic thinking, and grounded compassion to her role as Co-Founder of All Points North Counseling Services. A Licensed Professional Counselor and current doctoral candidate in psychology, Sarah specializes in working with high-functioning adults navigating complex trauma, chronic pain, and high-stakes career or leadership challenges.

Sarah’s approach is honest, compassionate, and deeply personalized. She integrates cutting-edge research on neurobiology and behavior with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Her work is especially attuned to how unresolved trauma and stress can shape decision-making, relationships, and leadership—often beneath the surface.

She is particularly passionate about helping professionals, business owners, and executives uncover and break free from self-defeating patterns. In her work, Sarah helps clients move beyond symptom relief to lasting growth—cultivating insight, clarity, and resilience in both their personal and professional lives.
