About Glory

Glory works with children, adolescents, teens and adults (ages 7–65) and welcomes individuals from all walks of life. Currently practicing in Virginia (and previously in South Dakota), Glory strives to offer a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for every person who walks through the door.

"Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light."

Glory's Approach

Sessions with Glory are collaborative and paced around what feels manageable for you. Using a strengths-based, person-centered approach, she focuses on helping you reconnect with your resilience and inner wisdom, so the work feels supportive, grounded, and real. For Glory, healing isn’t about forcing progress or rushing insight—it’s about building safety, strengthening self-trust, and creating space for meaningful growth over time. The work is tailored to your needs, your story, and what matters most to you right now.

Teddy is a gentle, easygoing therapy dog who brings a calming presence to the counseling space. His favorite job is simply being present... whether he's quietly resting nearby, offering silent companionship, or (true to his laid-back personality) snoozing through part of a session. For many clients, Teddy's calm demeanor helps create a welcoming, relaxed environment where they can feel more at ease. His comforting presence can help reduce stress, promote emotional safety, and make therapy feel just a little less intimidating. When Teddy is in the office, he's happy to share his peaceful energy and unconditional acceptance with anyone who enjoys having a furry companion nearby. He doesn't need to do much, just being himself is often enough to bring a smile and a sense of calm. Whether you're new to therapy or returning for continued support, Teddy is always ready to offer his signature chill vibes and a warm, judgment-free welcome.
