Vicki works collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies that promote stability, self-trust, and emotional regulation. Guided by her core values of authenticity, courage, and empowerment, she helps clients move from simply surviving life’s challenges to building a more grounded and fulfilling life. Her work is rooted in respect, collaboration, and evidence-based care, allowing clients to reconnect with their strengths and move forward at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

A Note from Vicki
My journey to this work has been shaped by over 15 years of serving diverse populations, including military families, at-risk youth, and vulnerable adults. As a U.S. Army veteran and military spouse, I bring both lived experience and professional insight into the unique challenges of service, transitions, and identity shifts. I know that life can sometimes feel like a series of obstacles, but I also know the profound power of resilience. I believe that healing happens best in environments rooted in safety, trust, and genuine human connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard—without judgment. Whether you are navigating anxiety, parenting challenges, or the weight of past trauma, we will work together to help you gain clarity and regain your confidence. I view therapy as a partnership, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you move forward with intention.
