Trained at Shenandoah University (MSN-PMHNP, MSN-FNP, BSN), Eden treats anxiety, depression and other mood disorders; trauma-related concerns; psychosis and hallucinations; personality dynamics; and neurodivergence.
Her care is collaborative, trauma-informed, and transparent, combining evidence-based medication management with CBT-informed strategies, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. Eden emphasizes shared decision-making, clear safety planning, and close follow-up, and coordinates with therapists, families, and other providers to create practical plans aligned with each client’s goals.

My Approach
Eden’s clinical approach is collaborative, insightful, and deeply relational. She integrates evidence-based medication management with CBT-informed psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and strengths-based positive psychology.
