A Note from Jeremy
“The most important conversations you’ll ever have are the ones you’ll have with yourself.” — David Goggins
My clinical foundation was built in high-acuity settings, which provided extensive training for the outpatient work I do today. My background in structured treatment programs served as a rigorous training ground, honing my ability to remain grounded and effective regardless of the challenge at hand. This experience strengthened my clinical assessment skills and ability to hold space for complex emotions. It reinforced the importance of meeting every person—regardless of their struggle—with respect, authenticity, and a belief in their capacity for change. I bring this depth of experience to our sessions to help you build self-awareness, resilience, and practical skills. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or managing anxiety, my goal is to help you work alongside yourself effectively and align your daily life with your personal values.
