A Note from Andi
Life transitions can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Whether you’re starting college, adjusting to parenthood, or navigating the unique demands of military life, you don’t have to do it alone. I am a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through these meaningful life changes. My practice is focused on working with new mothers, military spouses, and college students who are navigating anxiety, stress, and the unknown. I bring a unique perspective to my practice as a veteran and a spouse to an active duty Marine; I understand the emotional complexity, resilience, and specific challenges required of military families. As a mother myself, I also hold a special space for those adjusting to the seasons of parenthood. I am passionate about forming strong therapeutic alliances with my patients and working collaboratively to make a tangible difference in their lives.
